Waheed Saudi, spokesperson for the General Authority for Meteorology, has advised citizens wear heavy outfits on Thursday.
In an phone call with the privately-owned TV channel Al-Masriya, Saudi said that weather will be very cold during the daytime and extremely cold at night.
Saudi also indicated the possibility of thunderstorms in Cairo with heavy rain. Wind speed will be higher in the early morning.
