A general decline in temperatures is forecast across Egypt for Wednesday.
The weather will be fine on the north coast, with slightly warmer temperatures for Cairo, the Delta and the Red Sea coast. It will be a hot day throughout Upper Egypt.
There will be light to moderate cloud cover across the country, which could bring with it some rain on the Mediterranean coast, the Delta, Cairo, Sinai's coastal mountain range and as far south as Halayeb and Shalateen.
The south of the country will get a moderate northwesterly, which may cause choppy waters on the Red Sea, the Suez Gulf and the Mediterranean as it makes its way across the country.
Waves will range between 2.5 and three meters high on the Mediterranean, accompanied by a westerly surface wind.
The Red Sea will see waves of two to 2.5 meters in height, accompanied by a northwesterly wind.
