Egypt’s Ambassador in Moscow Hamdy Shaaban and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin asserted the depth of the strategic relations between Egypt and Russia in addition to the ongoing coordination and consultation between the two countries on various regional and international issues.
During their meeting, both sides exchanged views and assessments on several matters concerning the Middle East and reviewed Egypt’s perspectives on these developments.
The discussions also covered the latest developments in the Ukrainian crisis and the ongoing efforts aimed at reaching a peaceful settlement that would help restore security and stability across the European continent.
