Egypt’s market loses LE400 mn on Thursday, indexes mixed

Egypt's stock market ended its Thursday session with a mixed performance, as the benchmark EGX30 index inched up 0.13 percent, while the small and mid-cap EGX70 and the broader EGX100 index  went down 0.9 percent and 0.32 percent, respectively.
 
Arab and foreign institutions were net sellers recording net flows of LE4.2 million and LE14.3 million respectively, while local institutions were net buyers recording net flows of LE22.4 million.
 
The EGX market lost LE400 million (US$51 million), hitting LE421.65 billion, compared to Wednesday's LE422.05 billion.
