The Egyptian Meteorological Authority on Thursday said it expects weather fluctuations over the next six days, including active dusty winds alongside light and medium rains in some areas.
Starting from Saturday, May 6, all parts of the country will witness a decrease in temperatures by values ranging between 3-4C.
Moderate weather will prevail in the morning and hot weather during the day, in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northeastern coasts, South Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
Warm temperatures are expected in the northwestern coasts, with very hot temperatures in southern Upper Egypt, cold temperatures at night in the north of the country up to Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt.
Moderate weather is predicted in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
On Friday, dusty winds will be active on the northern coasts, Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the Western Desert, Suez Canal cities, the northeastern coasts, Sinai, the north of the Red Sea Governorate, and the south of the country at intermittent periods.
Light rains are expected over Salloum, Matruh, and Alexandria. Some areas of the northern coasts and northern Lower Egypt will witness intermittent rains on Saturday and Sunday.
Active winds are predicted in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, and northern Upper Egypt.
