The renewal followed an inspection conducted by a delegation from GIC Egypt, a company specializing in quality certification, the airline said in a statement.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EgyptAir Holding Company Ahmed Adel said he was pleased with the renewal of the ISO certifications describing them as among the highest international accreditations in these fields. He said the certifications reflect the company’s ability to pursue continued development and improve the level of services provided to passengers.
The Chief executive officer of EgyptAir said, the primary objective of obtaining these certifications is to ensure the safety of operations and various activities, as well as to enhance airline efficiency, reflecting EgyptAir’s commitment to implementing all international safety and quality standards in line with its position as a global airline and a leading carrier in the Middle East and Africa.
Following a meeting to discuss the final report on the renewal of the ISO certificates Chairman of EgyptAir Airlines Mohamed Alyan thanked the audit preparation team and all employees for their efforts in securing the renewal. The chairman of EgyptAir said the certifications are among the key requirements for EgyptAir’s membership in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Star Alliance, underscoring the competence of operational teams and their ability to maintain the highest levels of quality and safety across all stages of work.
He added that the continued success is the result of teamwork and integration across the company’s sectors, along with ongoing updates to systems and procedures in line with evolving international requirements.
The audit was carried out by verifying the implementation of all standard requirements in coordination with the General Department of Safety, Quality and Measurements, headed by pilot Ahmed Raafat and his co-pilot Ahmed Moharram, in cooperation with all sectors and general departments of the airline, a performance praised by GIC Egypt inspectors.
The delegation commended the performance, efficiency and commitment of EgyptAir employees in applying all required international standards, qualifying the company to obtain the certifications in a manner befitting its name and history.
