EgyptAir suspends flights to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi

EgyptAir announced the temporary suspension of its flights from Cairo International Airport to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, effective immediately until further notice.

In an official statement, the company explained that the suspension decision was made due to developments in the region and based on instructions issued by the relevant authorities in the UAE, in order to ensure the safety of air traffic and passengers.

EgyptAir confirmed that it is continuously monitoring developments around the clock through its Integrated Operations Center, in direct coordination with airport authorities in the impacted destinations, in order to assess the situation and make the appropriate decisions.

The company indicated that it will notify customers of any new updates once available, and urged passengers to review their bookings before heading to the airport by contacting its customer service center to avoid any travel-related problems.
