ElBaradei: Egypt still attracts foreign investment

Presidential candidate Mohamed ElBaradei, in a meeting with Arab and foreign investors on Tuesday, said Egypt can still attract long-term foreign investment.

“The shortcomings we are facing are temporary,” he said. “Soon the economy will flourish and more job opportunities will be created.”

Meanwhile, ElBaradei’s campaigners met with six human rights organizations to discuss the manifesto that he is preparing on civil rights in the new constitution. They are also plananing to meet with other presidential candidates and leaders of political parties for the same purpose.
