A contract has been signed on Monday to expand Al-Tebbeen electrical transformers station, according to Ahmed al-Hanafy, chief of the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company.
The contract was signed between EETC and a foreign consultant to support the electricity network, he added. The project will be carried out within 15 months starting the signing date of the contract.
The value of the contract is estimated at LE49 million to be financed by the European Investment Bank, Hanafy added.
