Five Suez ports closed due to weather conditions

Major General Hassan al-Fallah, head of the Red Sea harbors authority, said four ports in Suez were closed due to the bad weather.
 
The ports include Port Tawfiq, al-Adabiya, Ain al-Sokhna for cargo and al-Zaiteyyat for oil tankers.
 
Wind reached more than 22 knots, while waves reached more than 4 meters in height. Ships were ordered to wait until the ports are reopened, Fallah added.
 
Informed sources at Ataka port and the fisheries authority said the port was closed, sailors were prevented from sailing due to the bad weather and strong winds.
 
Meteorologists expected chilly weather at northern coasts, delta, Cairo and north of Upper Egypt on Sunday and rains to fall on northern coasts, Sinai reaching to Cairo.
 
Heights of waves of the Mediterranean and Red Sea will reach three meters.
 
Temperature in Cairo on Sunday is expected to be 18-11 degrees celsius.
