Forty passengers survive fire on bus north of Hurghada



Forty passengers survived a fire on board a bus traveling between Suez and Hurghada on Sunday evening, according to security sources.

The passengers escaped the bus after it caught fire north of Hurghada, with no serious casualties reported.

The Civil Protection Forces arrived to extinguish the blaze, but the bus was completely destroyed.

Hurghada's prosecutor has formed a committee to inspect the scene of the incident and determine the cause.
