Heavy rains fall on Alexandria, northwestern coast

Alexandria and other areas along the northwestern coast were subjected to heavy rain and thunder on Tuesday evening, accompanied by wind. The wind direction was to the west and is expected to continue for three days.
 
Head of Alexandria Port Authority Abdel Qader Darwish said the rains did not affect navigation at Boughazi and Dekheila ports.
 
The Alexandria Security Directorate intensified measures to prevent congestion as a result of the bad weather.
