Meteorologists predict moderate weather for Egypt’s northern coasts on Monday, with hot weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and northern Upper Egypt. Very hot temperatures will prevail across southern Upper Egypt during the daytime.
Weather will grow milder at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 32C in Alexandria, 38C in Cairo, 41C in Qena, 42C in Luxor and 42C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low- and medium-level clouds anticipated. Winds will be moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and will range between 1.5 and two meters in height with northwesterly surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be light to moderate and will range between one and 1.5 meters with northeasterly surface winds.
