Meteorologists predict the increase of temperatures across Egypt on Friday. Moderate weather is expected to dominate the country’s northern costs while hot weather will prevail in Lower Egypt, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt.
The hottest weather is expected for southern Upper Egypt during the day, growing mild at night.
Maximum temperatures in the following cities are as follow: 30C in Cairo, 29C in Alexandria, 32C in Qena, 33C in Luxor, 34C in Aswan.
Mist affects visibility over the northern parts in the morning. Low and medium-clouds will cover various parts nationwide, accompanied by light rains in South Sinai, Halayeb and Shalateen.
Moderate winds are northwesterly in direction and active in the far western areas, disturbing sands and dusts there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea are moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters, while waves in the Red Sea are light to moderate, ranging between 1 to 1.5 meters. Surface winds are northwesterly on both seas.
