Mo Salah wins best player in English Premier League award from fans

Egyptian international and Liverpool FC striker Mohamed Salah has won the award for the best player in the English Premier League for the 2021-22 season, presented by the Professional Footballers Association, with the vote of the fans.

The official Liverpool website said that Salah won the fans’ award for the best player in the English Premier League for the 2021/22 season, presented by the Professional Footballers Association.

He added that Salah thus retained the fans’ award for the player of the season.

Salah ranked first in a public poll to receive the award for the third time in its history, beating Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden, Conor Gallagher and Declan Rice.

Salah won the English Premier League top scorer for the third time in his history, with 23 goals, jointly with Son Heung-min, Tottenham player.
