Mohamed Salah dedicates Premier League title to fans in Arab world

Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah dedicated the Premier League title that he won with Liverpool Football Club on Thursday to fans in Egypt and the Arab world.

“It feels THAT good. I want to thank all our supporters watching us from all corners of the world. You made this possible for us and I hope we can keep bringing you the joy you deserve,” Salah wrote on his Twitter account.

“I want to thank all those who supported me at all times, especially my beloved country Egypt and the whole Arab world. I can never forget your support, and the Premier League is yours,” he added.

In the 31st week of competition, Liverpool beat Crystal Palace 4-0, securing the title.

Chelsea beat Manchester City on Thursday, allowing the Liverpool Reds to lead the field by 23 points, seven stages before the end of the tournament.

The position guarantees Liverpool victory in the Premier League, with Manchester City set to come in second.

Liverpool’s win is the club’s first in the 30 years since the Premiere League was introduced in 1992.
