A Central Security Forces soldier and a civilian were injured Tuesday in an IED blast in Arish, North Sinai.
The IED targeted an armored vehicle on July 23 Street.
Unidentified assailants planted a bomb on July 23 Street and detonated it remotely near an armored police vehicle while it passed by the bomb.
The injuries of the two victims were not severe, said security sources.
The two victims were transferred to the hospital and a claim was filed regarding the incident.
