Temperatures across Egypt to decline on Thursday

Meteorologists predict declining temperatures on Tuesday, with moderately hot and mild weather on Cairo and Lower Egypt, moderate weather on the northern coasts, hot weather on South Sinai and northern Upper Egypt, and very hot weather on southern Upper Egypt during the daylight.

Light rains are expected to fall on several areas in the northeasterly coasts.

The weather will grow moderate across South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt by night.

Temperatures predicted for the following areas are: 30C in Matrouh, 31C in Alexandria, 34C in Cairo, 37C in Sohag, 39C in Qena and 41C in Aswan.

Mist will impact visibility in the morning hours in the northern coasts and Lower Egypt.

Moderate winds are expected for the western coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo, and northern Upper Egypt.

Humidity averages are expected to reach 80 percent at Cairo and Lower Egypt.
