Temperatures to increase across Egypt for Tuesday and Wednesday

Meteorologists predict rising temperatures on Tuesday and Wednesday, with medium and foggy rains over several areas at the Red Sea Mountain range.

Moderately hot weather is expected during the daytime on Tuesday at Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coasts, with hot temperatures on northern Upper Egypt and South Sinai, and very hot temperatures on southern Upper Egypt.

Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 30C in the northwestern coasts, 31C in the northeastern coasts and central Sinai, 33C in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, 35C in South Sinai, the Red Sea mountains and northern Upper Egypt and 37C in Southern Upper Egypt.

Mist wills affect visibility on Cairo and Lower Egypt.

Minimum and maximum humidity levels expected are: Greater Cairo 25-75 percent, the Lower Egypt 28-75 percent, the northwestern coasts 45-80 percent, the northeastern coasts and central Sinai 45-80 percent, South Sinai and Red Sea Mountains 30-60 percent, northern Upper Egypt 22-50 percent, southern Upper Egypt 14-35.

Wednesday will see moderately hot weather during the daytime on the northern coasts, with hot temperatures in Cairo, Lower Egypt, northern Upper Egypt and south of Sinai, and very hot temperatures on southern Upper Egypt.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31C in the northern coasts and central Sinai, 35C in Greater Cairo, South Sinai, Lower Egypt and the Red Sea mountain range, 36C in northern Upper Egypt and 38C in Southern Upper Egypt.

Minimum and maximum humidity levels expected are: Greater Cairo 25-90 percent, the Lower Egypt 28-85 percent, the northwestern coasts 45-90 percent, the northeastern coasts and central Sinai 45-80 percent, South Sinai and Red Sea Mountains 30-60 percent, northern Upper Egypt 22-50 percent, southern Upper Egypt 14-30.
