Meteorologists expect warm weather across the northern coasts and hotter weather across Lower Egypt and Cairo, due to increasing temperatures on Monday.
Hot weather is expected at Upper Egypt in the daylight, growing colder by night.
Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are 25C in Alexandria, 28C in Cairo, 32C in Qena, and 33C in Luxor and Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility east of the country. Low and Medium-level clouds will cover the country’s northern and western parts, accompanied by rains on the northwesterly coasts and several areas in South Sinai.
Winds will be moderate and southwesterly, blowing up sands and dusts on west of the country and active in the Mediterranean sea, disturbing maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be turbulent and range between 3 to 3.5 meters with northeasterly surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be light to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters, with southwesterly surface winds.
