The Arabic Network for Human Rights launched a website with a blacklist for Egyptian journalists, artists and public figures who supported the regime of former President Hosni Mubarak against the popular revolution.
 
http://www.el3ar.info, whose name means disgrace, is to list those against pro-democracy protests in Egypt.
 
The Egyptian Al-Shorouq newspaper had said a number of public figures, artists and journalists had organized and participated in demonstrations against the revolution, accusing protesters of sabotaging Egypt and working to serve foreign interests.
 
"We are for freedom of expression,” said website manager Gamal Eid. “But we disapprove accusing people of working for foreign parties” simply because they oppose “tyranny.”

“We don’t want to bring anyone to trial, except former Information Minister Anas al-Fiqi, who misled the Egyptians and incited against them,” he added.
