31 detainees escape police station in Giza

Thirty-one detainees early on Tuesday managed to escape from a police station in 6th of October City by carving a hole in the back wall of their cell.

After Brigadier General Khaled Abul Fotouh, head of the police station, was informed of the escape, police groups were formed to arrest the fugitives before they got far from the station.

Security forces have returned only two of the fugitives to custody so far, and security forces in 6th of October are intensifying efforts to arrest the others.
