
CAIRO, Aug 28 (MENA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty discussed on Thursday with his Philippine counterpart Maria Teresita Daza ways of boosting bilateral relations.
This came in a phone contact between the two diplomats with Abdelatty congratulating Daza on assuming her new post.
He expressed hope of developing bilateral relations in the different domains, especially as the two countries are marking the 80th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
He briefed Daza on available promising investment opportunities, reiterating the country’s readiness to attract more investments and enhance partnerships with Asian countries.
The two diplomats exchanged viewpoints towards the developments in the Middle East and Southeast Asia region. (MENA)
