
The 33rd batch of aid trucks has departed on Tuesday from the Rafah crossing, traveling through a side gate on its way to the Kerem Shalom crossing for delivery to Gaza.
A source from the Egyptian Red Crescent stated that the trucks are part of the “Zad Al-Ezzah from Egypt to Gaza” convoy. They are carrying large quantities of food and relief aid, including food baskets, flour, fresh bread, legumes, canned food, medicine, personal hygiene supplies, and tents.
Since the beginning of the war on Gaza, approximately 37,000 trucks have entered, carrying more than 700,000 tons of various humanitarian and relief aid, in addition to ambulances and fuel trucks.
Since July 27, approximately 5,171 trucks have entered the besieged strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing’s gate south of the city of Rafah, carrying more than 32,000 tons of humanitarian and relief aid alongside 14 trucks carrying over 600 tons of fuel.
