The Meteorological Authority (EMA) has released the weather forecast for Cairo and the governorates, predicting moderate temperatures during the day and cold conditions across most regions at night.

Morning Fog: Weather maps warn of water mist/fog in the morning on some roads leading to and from the north of the country, extending to Greater Cairo and Northern Upper Egypt. The fog may occasionally be dense on certain routes.
Rainfall: Moderate rain is expected intermittently over parts of the Northern Coasts, Northern Delta, and North Sinai.
Light to moderate rain: There are chances of light, possibly moderate, rain over parts of the Southern Delta, Canal Cities, and Central Sinai. This rain may extend to areas of Greater Cairo and the Gulf of Suez intermittently.
Wind: Winds will be active over parts of the Northwestern Coasts.

Mediterranean Sea: Expected to be moderate, with wave heights ranging from to . Surface winds will be Northwesterly.
Red Sea: Expected to be light to moderate, with wave heights ranging from to . Surface winds will be Northwesterly.
