Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly reviewed the latest progress on the Ras El Hekma City development project, stressing the government’s commitment to ensuring the strategic project moves forward according to its implementation schedule.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Transport Kamel Al-Wazir, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Randa al-Menshawy, Deputy Housing Minister Walid Abbas, Head of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority Major General Walid Aref, and other officials.
Cabinet Spokesperson Mohamed El-Homsani said that the prime minister reviewed the progress of compensation payments to eligible residents within the project area, as well as work on securing land already handed over to the project developer.
The meeting also reviewed implementation of the project’s various phases, especially with regard to the first phase, including hotel, commercial and entertainment facilities planned to support tourism in the area.
