Hamasa, Al-Magnoun and Mika were detained on Saturday for four days pending an investigation into charges of deliberately burning the Al-Sayad nightclub in Agouza with Molotov cocktails, killing 16 workers.
Prosecutors ordered the burial of the dead, apart from one person who has yet to be identified.
Judicial sources said the punishment for this crime could be death by hanging.
Two of the arsonists were arrested in Suez where they were hiding in the apartment of a woman whose involvement in the crime is being investigated. They told the police about the third accomplice who was arrested in Imbaba.
The three men burned the place down when the bodyguards denied them entry to the nightclub.
Eyewitnesses said the victims died because the place had no emergency exit.
