Cloudy skies on Tuesday, Cairo: 21C

 

Meteorologists predict mild weather and cloudy skies on Tuesday across Egypt in daytime hours, growing cold by night.

Temperatures predicted include 21C in Alexandria and Cairo, 22C in Qena and Luxor, 23C in Aswan, and 24C in Sharm el-Shaikh and Hurghada.

Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning. Winds are expected to be mostly southwestern and moderate. They will be active on the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, and Cairo, will disrupt maritime navigation in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.

Low and medium-level clouds are expected for most parts of Egypt, accompanied by rainfall on northern coasts, northern parts of Nile Delta, Halayeb and Shalateen cities.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height, and surface winds will be northwestern to southwestern.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with northwestern surface winds.
