EgyptAir launches advanced internet services aboard its fleet – free of charge

EgyptAir announced the launch of a comprehensive package of free Wi-Fi internet services on board modern aircraft, as part of its ongoing commitment to meeting customer needs and enhancing comfort and convenience during flights.

These services are available on the A350-900, B787-9 Dreamliner, B737 MAX 8, A321, and A320neo aircraft.

Passengers can enjoy free text and voice messaging throughout the flight, as well as voice calls through online applications, browsing the internet, and using email applications free of charge for up to two hours during the flight.

The Chairman of the EgyptAir Holding Company Ahmed Adel announced that this step comes in response to the desire of travelers to remain connected, either for work or personal reasons.

He added that the move displays the the airline’s commitment to providing a modern travel experience that keeps pace with the latest technological developments in the air transport industry.

Through these services, he explained that EgyptAir aims to enhance its regional and international competitiveness and solidify its position as a national carrier that can offer advanced services that meet the expectations of diverse passenger segments.
