The Palestinian Fatah movement has renewed its warning to Hamas not to interfere in the internal affairs of Egypt or any other Arab country, especially in light of the developments in Egypt.
It also called on Hamas to draw lessons from the damage done to the Palestinian people as a result of recent intervention in Syria, Egypt, and Lebanon, and requested that it uphold the interests of the Palestinian people over any partisan interests or foreign links.
The Palestinian cause needs the support of all Arab brothers, Fatah said, reiterating the need for national Palestinian consensus, and wishing that the Arab people achieve freedom and democracy in a climate of permanent political stability.
