Forensics: 62 dead in 25 January anniversary



Forensic Medicine Authority Spokesperson Hesham Abdel Hamid said that 62 total victims were killed in Cairo and Giza on the third anniversary of the 25 January revolution.

Security forces clashed with protesters as they tried to break up the unauthorized demonstrations, killing many in the process. Abdel Hamid pointed out that the deaths were caused by bullets.

Bodies were turned in to relatives.

Violent clashes took place in Cairo and other governorates on Saturday between those protesting the regime, Sisi supporters and security forces.
