Four killed, 35 injured in bus accident

The Red Sea Governorate top prosector dispatched a team of prosecutors to inspect the scene of an accident at Ras Ghareb City where four passengers died and 35 others were injured.

The prosecutors will interrogate the injued and prepare a report about the accident.

A bus turned over on Zaafarana-Ras Ghared highway Sunday morning killing four and injuring 35. The injured were transferred to hospital.

Nearly 100,000 car accidents took place from 2008 to 2012, leaving nearly 33,000 dead and 155,000 injured, according to a government report released in March. Traffic accidents are usually blamed on impetuous driving and bad road conditions.
