Meteorologists expect hot weather to prevail on Saturday across Egypt, with added humidity in Cairo and Lower Egypt.
Maximum temperatures predicted are 36C in Cairo and 32C in Alexandria, 42C in Qena and 44C in Luxor & Aswan.
Low and medium-level clouds will appear over the North Coast and Upper Egypt, with mist affecting visibility in the morning.
Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength. They will be active throughout Upper Egypt, South Sinai, the Red Sea governorate and the Gulf of Suez, affecting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with rougher waves in the Red Sea ranging between 2 to 2.5 meters in height. Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
