Meteorologists predict moderate weather for Egypt’s northern coasts on Wednesday and hot weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and northern Upper Egypt.
Very hot temperatures will prevail across southern Upper Egypt during the daytime, while the weather will grow milder at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 30C in Alexandria, 33C in Cairo, 38C in Qena, 39C in Luxor and 40C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low and medium-level clouds anticipated.
Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate, active on Cairo, northern Upper Egypt and the Gulf of Suez, possibly disrupting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to light and range between one and 1.5 meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate and range between two and 2.5 meters, with northwestern surface winds.
