Hot weather expected for Sunday, Cairo 32C

Meteorologists expect hot weather to prevail on Sunday across Egypt. Milder temperatures are expected along the north coast, and very hot temperatures on Southern Upper Egypt in the daylight hours, while mild at night.

Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated on Sunday accompanied with rainfall along the north coast, Lower Egypt, and South Sinai.

Winds are expected to be northeastern and active on Upper Egypt, and will plow up sand and dust, and reaches storm level in some areas.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with northwesterly surface winds.

While waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height, with northeasterly surface winds.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 32C in Cairo and 27C in Alexandria, 43C in Qena, 45C in Luxor, and 46C in Aswan.
