
Minister of State for Military Production Salah Soliman Gamblat said on Monday, February 23, 2026, that presidential initiative “Decent Life” represents a pioneering Egyptian development model that promotes social justice, enhances citizens’ quality of life, develops human capital, and provides essential services to targeted communities, including sanitation, potable water, and other basic daily needs.
He made the remarks during a meeting with senior officials from the ministry, the National Authority for Military Production, and chairpersons of affiliated companies at the Military Production Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital to review the implementation rate “Decent Life” initiative projects.
During the meeting, the minister of state got first hand information about the progress rates and recent developments in several projects undertaken by military production companies as part of the initiative.
He emphasized the importance of adhering to directives issued by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly to intensify efforts and expedite project completion within the specified timelines across various governorates to ensure their prompt entry into service.
