PM follows up executive status of moving gov’t premises to New Administrative Capital

NEW ALAMEIN, Aug 17 (MENA) – Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly asserted that he is keen on following up the executive status of implementing the plan of moving the cabinet premises and various governmental bodies to the New Administrative Capital to move to a new phase of modernizing all the state’s administrative bodies.

This came at a cabinet meeting held at the government premises in New Alamein City to discuss the transition of government employees to the New Administrative Capital as well as the best plans to optimize the empty premises in downtown Cairo.

Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala al-Said and Assistant Minister of Asset Management and Investment Naglaa al-Beyali attended the meeting.

Cabinet Spokesman Nader Saad said the meeting covered the main axes of a plan to utilize the past premises of ministries by Egypt’s Sovereign Fund as well as the proposals and standards for reusing such premises and their assets
