PM reviews efforts of gov. complaints system in June; health tops priorities

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly asserted the state’s utmost keenness on intensifying work to ease channels of communication between the citizen and the government.

The state is doubling efforts to receive complaints of the citizens and better respond to them in coordination with the bodies concerned, added the premier.

The move is meant to promote bridges of confidence between the government and the citizens, Madbouly added, while following up on the painstaking efforts made by the unified government complaints system in the cabinet and related government bodies in June through a detailed report, prepared by director of the system Tareq al-Refai in this regard.

Refai said the system received 108,000 complaints and requests in June.

Meanwhile, he added that the health sector is topping all priorities to the government.
