President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi sent a greeting cable to Bulgarian President Rumen Radev on the occasion of Bulgaria’s Liberation Day.
President al-Sisi also delegated Presidential Secretary Mohamed Adel Mokhtar to the Bulgarian embassy in Cairo to greet them on the occasion.
