The session takes place at South Cairo Criminal Court.

Public Prosecutor Hesham Barakat earlier approved referring the suspects to court after investigations showed that they were involved in crimes of assaulting people as well as public and private properties, using violence and force to intimidate others, killing citizen called Ahmed Salah al-Bassiouny, and attempting murder of citizen called Amr Badawy and others.
