Guinean President Alpha Conde arrived in Cairo Thursday to meet with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi at the presidential palace in Heliopolis.
Sisi is scheduled to hold talks with Conde on boosting Egyptian-Guinean ties through bilateral joint action, in addition to tackling regional and international issues of joint interest.
The two leaders will talk to the media upon ending their talks, in attendance of African ambassadors to Cairo on the occasion of celebrating Africa Day.
Several African ambassadors to Cairo have just arrived at the presidential palace. The Ambassador of Guinea, whose country currently heads the African Union, was also there.
