The Egyptian Social Solidarity Ministry lauded efforts exerted by the Interior Ministry in activating its social and humanitarian role towards the most vulnerable groups.
This came during a visit by a delegation from the human rights sector at the Interior Ministry to a number of care homes for people with special needs.
The visit came on the occasion marking the International Day of Disabled Persons, which is observed annually on December 3.
