Suspect bomb injures two in Ismailia village

An Armed Forces soldier and a child from Taqaddom village in Qantara Sharq, Ismailia were injured on Monday when a suspect bomb exploded close to an ambulance point.
 
The explosive is believed to be an un exploded bomb from an old war.
 
The soldier, Mahmoud Samir Ali, 22, broke his arm and the child, Ahmed Suleiman Ayyad, 11, was wounded by shrapnel in the foot and thigh. He also has a number of incisions.
 
According to investigations, the two were injured while passing near an ambulance point. Explosives experts were notified of the incident to comb the area and identify the nature of the suspected bomb.
