Two explosive devices defused in Rafah

The security forces announced on Wednesday evening they had defused two explosive devices on Rafah's main road.
 
The two explosive devices were found by the security forces as they combed the road leading to the CSF sector in al-Ahrash area, Rafah, which has witnessed many terrorist operations targeting the armed forces and police, said security sources.
 
The first explosive device was made of cylindrical yellow tin. It included 15 kilograms of TNT fitted with an electric detonator, including wires and an electric plastic white box which included in turn a full electronic chip intended for remote detonation. The device was connected with a 9-volt battery in addition to other 3 1.5-volt batteries.
 
The second explosive had as well a cylindrical shape. It was connected with a 20 meters long telephone wire, according to the security sources.
