Warm weather expected across Egypt on Monday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that warm weather will prevail across Egypt’s northern parts and the northern areas of Upper Egypt on Tuesday.

Temperatures are expected to be hot in Upper Egypt’s southern parts.

Mist will affect visibility in the country’s northern parts in the morning and will be dense to the extent of fog in some areas.

Low and medium level cloud cover is predicted for the country’s north. Winds are anticipated to be mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters with northeasterly surface winds on the sea. Waves on the Red Sea will range between 1 to 1.5 meters with northwesterly surface winds on the sea.

Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 22C in Cairo, 22C in Alexandria, 28C in Qena, 29C in Luxor, and 30C in Aswan.
