The Interior Ministry denied news reported over banning British human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, wife of Hollywood star George Clooney, from entering Egypt
In a statement, the ministry said that Egyptian authorities did not ban Clooney and that no measures were imposed denying her entry.
Clooney said in an interview on Saturday that she was threatened by authorities after exposing research that cast doubt on the political independence of the judicial system.
