Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength. They will be active over Upper Egypt blowing up sand and dust over northern Upper Egypt, the Gulf of Suez, and the Red Sea, disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height. In the Red Sea, it is expected to range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height. Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for Saturday are in Cairo: 36C, in Alexandria: 30C, in Qena: 39C, in Luxor: 39C, and in Aswan: 39C.
