The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that Tuesday’s weather will be cold at night and in the early morning, and warm to hot during the day across most of the country, with hot conditions expected in Upper Egypt.
There will be a chance of light to moderate rain along parts of the northern coast, the Lower Egypt, and the Suez Canal cities, which may become heavy and thundery at times in some areas.
There is also a 30 percent chance of intermittent light rain in parts of Greater Cairo, the Gulf of Suez, Sinai, and as far south as Halayeb and Shalateen.
Winds are expected to be active, with speeds ranging from 30-40 km/h across most parts of the country, possibly stirring up sand and dust in some areas of northern Upper Egypt, the Red Sea Governorate, and Sinai – particularly in open areas.

- Alexandria: 22C
- Cairo: 24C
- Hurghada: 29C
