The Administrative Control Authority (ACA) said the chairman of the Urban Projects Company and his son made illicit gains through their dealings with the Urban Communities Authority (UCA), to which they are indebted LE44 million from real estate projects they built on UCA land.
They allegedly went to the Illicit Gain Authority to pay the debt for fear they would be brought to trial.
