Minister of Education postpones exams for Egyptian students abroad

The Egyptian Minister of Education and Technical Education Tarek Shawky agreed to extend the registration period of the “Our Sons Abroad” exams for the academic year 2021/2022 until Sunday, February 20, which was scheduled to end on past Saturday.

The ministry announced that the postponement came in order to all students to complete the electronic registration, in the interest of students in general and members of Egyptian communities in particular.

Shawky also agreed to postpone holding the first round exams for the academic year 2021/2022 to Saturday, May 7, after the end of the official holiday for Eid al-Fitr, which was scheduled to start Saturday, April 2.

The number of students who have registered on the website to apply for the “Our Sons Abroad” exams has reached nearly 74,000 students worldwide, which is a remarkable success for the mechanization of the application procedures, in line with the directions of the Egyptian state.
